Cell c has pathetic service

I cant understand this people. For 2 years I have had d worse service from them and yet I've been payin for this junk service. So when i heard my contract has ended I was so happy. Two weeks later I received a bill for the month and got told it ends in July after being confirmed of the confirmation. The lady phoned me once on Friday and never again. And the best thing is. No internet or data on the router im paying for. But yet when the end of the month comes they dont care about your problems you've been having n they just want their money. They ****** me from the very beginning. Im super disappointed and dissatisfied with their pathetic service. And dont care attitude.
