CELL C has pathetic customer service
I have been trying to get assistance regarding my cell c contract since 4th September. Received one call to date to say they working on it. The Facebook team is the only team who responds to keep telling me someone will contact me???
What kind of service is this?
They charged me for two months of not having any wifi and will not refund me. My contract was cancelled for one of those months but yet I was still charged!!!!!
