Cell C has not opened my line as account is paid u

My Cell C account was handed over to the attorneys when my contract finished up.As there was still a balance outstanding,the attrorneys were instructed to get the money from myself.I have paid the attorneys in full and was asked to contact Cell C legal department.I have tried on numerous occasions but to no avail.The consultants just make me hold on for a long time.They have given me the direct number but it does not work,I did not expect such terrible service from Cell C.All I want is for my line to work as a pre paid as my account has been paid up in full and if someone from the Cell C legal department can call me to sort this matter out.<br>
