Cell C has not honoured my Getmore service cancellation request since January

I have many times requested (formally) the cancellation of my Getmore assistance service. I have contacted the service department/contact centre on more than one occasion and have been in contact/made follow ups since January.

Cell C continues to debit my account for this service, which I have clearly indicated - I no longer want or use. This is very disappointing and frustrating, please cancel my Getmore subscription
