Cell C has not collected unwanted handset

Cell c delivered a rose gold iphone 6s plus, when I requested a silver or gold, not to add that the rose gold is for females and I am a male. I called them to collect it last week friday because I havent opened box as yet. I am still waiting for them to collect it and I desperately need a cellphone. When I called in they also said they do not guarantee device colour, but to send basically a pink phone to a guy is so out.
