Cell C has no trucks for delivery? Did they turn into a logistics company overnight?

Can I give minus 10 stars? I did an upgrade on the 15th of October. I was told the delivery of the device would take 3-5 business days, but to allow for some slippage, as it is the pandemic. Sure, I said. What ensued over the next few weeks was one lie after the other, me phoning to find a waybill, then they suddenly don't have stock, but then you speak to someone else and they do have stock. The worst was when I phoned and I was told that they can't deliver, they have stock but no trucks. ***?! They use couriers for this!

Not to mention I phoned retentions, spoke to Vusi, who promised to come back to me in two days time, aka COB YESTERDAY, which never happened. Cell C is seeing their ****, but none of the employees seem to give a flying [redacted]. All of them are playing pass the buck.

Phone customer care, they "transfer you to retentions" five times, every time asking for your sensitive information...how secure is that for the customer? I have to repeat my details to get transferred to a department? This morning, in 15 minutes, I have spoken to Elsie, Mahoso, Kgomotso and Thabo from customer care. I asked Thabo to speak to a supervisor...he took a few minutes and told me the supervisor had quickly stepped out. Nice attitude to your salaries, guys! You guys are a laughing stock, I hope you close your doors, it's no less than you deserve with the ****ty attitudes you are displaying towards your customers.
