Cell C has no sympathy for their customers

I have heard a contract with Cell C for as long as i can remember, We have heard a very good relationship until I was involved in a terrible situation where I was ****** at gunpoint and all my belongings were taken including my cellphone and bank card. I then reported to Cell c and asked them nicely if they could get me an early upgrade as I needed a phone. They just totally refused and told me I can only upgrade in October 2020. In that process I changed bank account as the perpetrators had my cards. So i guess cell c did int get their payment and cut off my line. I am very disappointed as I have been loyal to them and in my time of need they just decide to cut off ties with me. Their collections line rings non stop. How do we communicate if you wont answer?
