Cell C has no support for fibre and the fibre doesnt wor****!

I posted last week with regards to fibre that has been installed in my house over a week ago........Cell C is so bad at providing support and fixing the problem....I am still without the ability to use the internet for anything other than emails....no follow up, no support and still no answers on the phone!!!! ADVISE TO ALL FIBRE CUSTOMERS - DONT USE CELL C their customer support doesnt exist and the fibre doesnt wor****!!!

Thanks.....I live in hope that something will happen......otherwise I am afraid we might look at how we can terminate our contract.....we have (as far as I am concerned) paid upfront for nothing....just time wasting....and we have left a very good service provider to move across to cell C.
