Cell C has no interest in their customers

<p>On 31 August 2016 I opened up a case of ***** with Cell C customer care. I waited forever for any kind of feedback from them, and only received the same useless excuse every time I phone them. I then gave a review on Hello Peter, and that very same day Mpho phoned me. He arranged with Cell C to close the 2 ********** contracts that was opened on my name and debited from my bank account since February of this year. He also said, that Cell C would refund the money taken from me on the 1st of October 2016. I guess I should not be surprised by the fact that the money was not transferred. I phoned Cell C now, and they want to open up yet another case. A refund case! Really? Listen, Cell C! Pay back my money. I will take this as high as I can, and I WILL make sure that everybody with ears that can hear me will know that you are the poorest service provider in South Africa. I will go to Face Book and share my feelings with all my contacts. I will go to the newspapers if I have to. I have been a customer with Cell C for as long as I can remember. If this was your money you would default me in a heartbeat. I wish I could default Cell C, because Cell C deserves nothing less. Cell C does not deserve its loyal customers. I am utterly disappointed. I am sure you do not care. As long as you make your money from the masses and as long as you get away with *****ing your customers money, why should you care? SHAME ON YOU!</p>
