Cell C has no intention to help their clients!

Cell C upgraded my contract without my consent. I have been trying to cancel the contract for the past month with no success. They never ever come back to me, it's me who has to call every time to follow up, and every time I hear the same story: "It was escalated, but is still pending, please can you wait another 48 hours". For a month now!! I've been nice and friendly and patient so far, but really, this is unacceptable and the poorest customer service I have ever experienced!!
