cell c has no care what so ever
I logged a complaint last week regarding cell c, a customer care consultant called me he on Thursday he promised to send me a report but sent it 2 days later then when i advised him that I dont understand what it means to me he made no effort to contact me. HE IS A CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT BUT HAS DONE ABSULUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME. i HAVE TAKEN THIS MATTER TO ICASA AS THIS MORNING AT 6 AM I LOADED R25 AIRTIME BUT RIGHT NOW I HAVE ZERO AIRTIME.
