CELL C HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company's customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue with my billing date being changed by me, they have been unhelpful and ineffective. I've spoken to their representatives numerous times, submitted all required documentation, and yet my account and payments remain unresolved. It's appalling how they seem to carelessly take money without providing the service or support customers deserve. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.
