Cell C has hidden rules not printed on contracts

Cell C has been debiting my account starting on the 23 of Dec 2022. There was no money so it was a reversed debit. On the 30th Dec 2022 again, unfortunately there was no money so it reversed again. They debited again on the 3rd Jan 2023 still no money. Again on the 14th Jan 2023 still no money. Again Yesterday the 20th Jan 2023 after I contacted Cell C collection department. I spoke to Mbali. I wanted to find out who gave the permission to run debit orders on those dates because we agreed on the last day of the month as per contract. She said an sms was sent to all Cell C customers in Dec for early debit dates which I was supposed to reply to. I told her I was in EC cape and did not have network connection. I did contact Cell C to resolve the matter which they didn’t and did not even know why there was that issue. I asked her who gave Cell C permission to debit on any date, She said there’s a law that protects Cell C even if I can take them to court, it gives them permission to debit on any day to collect their money. So I asked where is it in my contract, she said they don’t have to include it. Question is why then ask me when can you collect if you have that authority? She didn’t answer me. I told her that these negative debits total to R1175 excluding the one that went off this morning. She never had an answer. How does cellc print a contract excluding this to their customers. I’m sick and tired of Cell C and when contract finishes I’m taking my whole family to another provider.
