Cell C Has Failed to Resolve My Issue Since February 2026

This is my second REVIEW in less than a Month.

I regret choosing Cell C as my service provider. Since February 2026, I have been experiencing ongoing issues that remain unresolved despite numerous attempts to seek assistance.

What has been most disappointing is the level of customer service. On several occasions, calls have been disconnected while I was speaking to consultants, and the overall attitude displayed by some agents has been unprofessional and unhelpful.

As a paying customer, I expect issues to be acknowledged, investigated, and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, I have spent months following up without receiving meaningful assistance or a satisfactory resolution.

Customer service should be focused on helping customers, not creating additional frustration. Unfortunately, my experience with Cell C has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services based on the support I have received.

I sincerely hope Cell C takes customer complaints more seriously and improves both its service delivery and customer support standards.
