Cell C has done it again

I received a call a few months ago from Cell C telemarketer who wanted me to add an additional WiFi Router contract. On the day of application I mentioned to the telemarketer i have two other contracts with Cell C and would like my debit order to be on the same day as the rest (1st of every Month) For about 3 months this contract was debited on the 15th of each month. I called in and still it was not changed. I then started deputing the debit orders and paid via EFT at the end of the month. NOW i have been given up as a bad payer! Because a Cell C employee did not complete their job correctly.
