Cell C has Blacklisted me

I had a cellphone contract with Cell C in 2009, I then reported the cellphone ****** in 2010, they did the necessary like block my phone and whan I then reported that I found my cellphone they couldn't unblock my fone to this day.<br> I've been trying to resolve this query since 2*** and I am getting no joy but frustration from this company, hence I'm reporting this matter now, this company even says I'm owing them an amount, but when I go to the store branches I don't owe anything, and this is messing up my credit score.
