Cell C harassment
Hi would like Cell C to stop harassing me regarding the contract ended on the 9th of March 2025 then called them on the 10th march2025 to their retention department which I advised that will be migrating to pre-paid as didn’t need their contract however will be paying off end of march for the last time as contract has ended.now Cell C has handed me over as they didn’t honor our parting by trying to debit in April I advised the bank to reverse the debit as contract was cancelled in march. Please help me against giants that are praying on consumers and harassing them through legal avenues to bleed them dry.
