Cell C harassment
Serious harassment from cell C about outstanding account even after account had to be paid up to date in order to port to Vodacom. Cell C keep on submitting debit orders after I ported to Vodacom and now charge me for debit order cost. Matter referred to ombudsman already.

07 Nov 2024, 20:00You agreed to port us to vodacom IF our account was paid in full which we did and porting was done! After that you continued to offer a debit order and now six months later you listed us as a bad payer with VVM attorneys for unpaid debit order cost! Why offer a debit order to an account that is not in contract anymore?!?!?!
