CELL C Harassing Elderly Lady

Been trying to sort out my elderly Mothers' Cell C account which was handed over. to the attorneys 2 or 3 times already since 2020.

Device was returned to Cell C Warehouse unopened. Proof of device receipt obtained from RAM.

Been sending emails that does not get responded to.

1st time with Attorneys: After numerous times explaining to the attorneys what happened they advised Cell C that the proof of device returned was successful and case closed from the attorneys' side.

Next thing we were contacted AGAIN by attorneys. SAME story... Been trying to sort this out since 2020.

NO FEEDBACK, NO ASSISTANCE when phoning. Call get's transferred from person to person but NO ONE does ANYTHING.

How many years must we still put up with this harassment of my Mother whilst she STILL receives the same emails and telephone calls. She is supposed to be enjoying her Golden Years but is instead being harassed by Cell C and their attorneys due to someone not doing their job.

Is there ABSOLUTELY no one that can assist?
