Cell C harassing a 80 years old woman for months

My father passed away in May 2015. Since then we have been trying to have Cell C stop calling my mom insisting in talking to Mr Els. I have emailed the death certificate, we have spoken to people at the call center and even visited the shop in Centurion a few times to try and get them to stop harassing my mom. It is unbelievable ...they just now again called my mom asking to speak to my dad. We have done EVERYTHING to have them close the account that they opened ...after my dads death???????? without us know it?????? Yet they are clueless. Not sure how accurate anything cell c is.

My mom is 80 years old and thank to Cell C is constantly unnerved by a cell C employee calling to talk to my dad. One can not but wonder if they doing it on purpose considering how many times we have spoken and explained to them.

To place this into context. On 13 August I AGAIN sent the detail through to Danielle Abrahams from Cell C to correct this error. After which still nothing was done. My mom just today AGAIN received a call requesting to talk to my father.

This is turning into serious harassment of an 80 year old woman !!
