CELL C HANDING US OVER TO DEBT COLLECTORS BUT NOT CANCELING AFTER PAYMENTS ARE UP TO DATE - I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER CENT.
ARE WE ABLE TO WALK INTO A CELL C BRANCH TO COMPLAIN ??
I HAVE PAID UP MY CELL C ACCOUNT VIA SSDA BECAUSE THEY HANDED ME OVER - i SENT EMAILS REGARDING THIS AND SENT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ??? ALL MY DEBIT ORDERS AS WELL - GUYS I AM SO TIRED OF PUTTING YOU ON BLAST , YOU ARE RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE ... I AM ASKING VERY NICELY TO SORT THIS OUT ?? I CANNOT KEEP PAYING FOR SERVICES i AM NOT USING PLEASE I DO NOT WANT TO GO INTO 2023 WITH CELL C ON MY CREDIT REPORT AGAIN ?

03 Nov 2022, 11:00No I have not - I have requested for it since January and I have not received it. I queried this in August and sent another email last week , no one has responded. I will not be liable for any more funds to Cell C because I have paid it up.
