Cell C Handing Over Accounts But Not Communicating To Clients

Cell C handed my account over to a debt collecting agency without reaching out to me that the account is overdue, upon reaching out to Cell C I keep getting transferred to different departments with no constructive feedback as to why or how there’s an outstanding balance on the account.

I last received a statement early July and on that statement there’s no indication of an overdue amount.

I need my name cleared urgently and May I kindly get prompt feedback on why this happened.
