Cell C (Handed Over Account without knowledge)

24-01-2023 Contract was cancelled with Cell C in 04/2021 due to retrenchment. Payment arrangement was made with Cell C to settle the account by paying R250.00 per month until I can afford more. Arrangement was kept, one month payment not made, phoned to make arrangement, only to be advised the account was handed over 2021 already, No phone calls, smsés and or emails from attorney. Lodged complaint at CellC no feedback. Would like this account removed from Attorney and back at CellC. I'm not paying attorneys fees for 1month skipped. Please assist.
