CELL C: Great promises, Poor delivery....

I’ve had an unpleasant experience with Cell C from the very start of my contract. Every time I try to raise a query, my line somehow ends up being blocked or suspended, which makes absolutely no sense. It feels like instead of resolving issues, they punish you for speaking up. On top of that, their staff are consistently rude and dismissive. Trying to get help turns into an argument, as they push you to the point of frustration rather than actually assisting. Customer service is clearly not a priority. What’s even more concerning is how casually they seem to treat personal information—Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) doesn’t seem to be taken seriously at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service or respectful customer support.
