CELL C GOVERNMENT

Please send your Courier to come collect your Wifi Router and sim card. Your Customer care service is the same as our government of the day poor service at first Degree. I am Highly Disappointed for the fact that the sim and wifi you sent me are on contract not on prepaid so it should be clear to your company that i am building a long time relationship here but the service i am getting is below the contract standards from your competitors. Why must i spend a fortune of time and my vodacom airtime to call your customer care 084145 and be put on hold for anything more than 14 minutes? it clearly means the service i am getting now is the same service i'll be getting throughout the 24 months contract period between myself and Cell C. First impressions last. If registering a Cell C Sim card can be one of the Exam questions then no student will ever pass the exam. Simplicity is key because some of us don't have all time in the world to try and find how to activate/ Register a cell C sim. I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME.
