Cell c got poor service and they don't hv stability

Ivbeen struggling since I have a contract with cell tht was adding in 2019 I call their call center in order to keep my sincard number by continuing getting airtime,wht happen is tht the consultant advice to send new simcard tht will came with Sim swap of my old number then I receive it I found out tht is not my number I called the call center tht promised to deactivate the number and send another simcard which ended being 3 simcard of 3 different numbers tht I received I lodge a complain whr I hv been told tht this 3 numbers has been canceled a year later I got a letter of demand tht I owe cell c for 3 contract remember I never used it I send it back but wht happen is tht cell c is *** and bull shirt I stayed on the kinebof cell c for more than 2hours daily in order to resolve the matter they keep transferring me to another number now they don't even accept my call one I mention who I am they transfer me to a dead man who can't respond I finally got they ***** email address where I complained they requested tht I must send them the relevant document which is including affidavit to prove tht I didn't apply those contract after tht I got a call from a lady who told me tht she has gone through everything and all my recording the only thing is tht my case is very scary,I have morethan7 references but even today they handed me over I finally dint k ow wht to do thinking to consult my lawyer bcs cell c doesn't help their own customers only running away their consultant are not well train enough to assist. Customers also theres no direct number whr you can complain and got assistance their like bekkie from bolt this nonsense
