Cell C going to be in hot water soon

<p>It's been 3 months since I've purchased an LTE contract from Cell C that runs at 2mbps which is even less than ADSL. LTE was supposed to be a new generation network speed but these guys said that I must just be happy I am getting signal after numerous emails and calls. I was told if I don't want the contract I must pay it off!!! If this was done to 1000 people cell c makes around R250000 for misleading customers. Keep in mind I reported the problem a day after receiving the product. From all the reports I read there are alot of unhappy customers with this *********** network which will result badly for all its employees and future business of this company. You guys need to realizability that without your customers especially long term ones like myself there will be no 'Cell C'. Many other networks came into the market and failed and you guys are slowly self destructing because of your selfish ********* ways. To the person reading this please pass the message on NEVER to sign up any deal with this network as their Network is weak and customer service is pathetic. It's time we as consumers stand up to these so called giants and show them what they are without customers.</p>
