Cell C going rogue?
Can anyone provide me with info - at month's end roughly 4 times the usual amount was deducted from my credit card. According to the bank, not by debit order from my credit card, but manually. When i call, it is acknowledged, and the agent apologizes profusely. I am requested not to reverse the transaction, and that they will correct it. We are 7 days further - and now i suddenly fail my security check - my credit card number that was fine twice in the last week, is now suddenly wrong - what is going on

Just spent another 30 odd minutes with one of your call centre agents. Dimakatso was in fact helpful and able to explain where the amount came from. Although not correct, my account was not debited for two months - due to the technical difficulties you have been experiencing with the debit orders (whatever that may mean - and i have asked). I informed her that I made a payment on the 20th of August - when i received a mail stating that I was in arrears by R1542.08. i made payment immediately. It now appear that what i was due, was simply doubled. My reference number is ***. It would be great to have this sorted out, thanks

The ladies I spoke with saw the amount paid reflected on my account. I did on the 20th of August sent the screenshot from my phone to Collections Queries <***> and received an automated reply - that i could expect feedback within 24 hours. This never happened. i just wonder why it is so difficult to get this issue resolved?

Sure, i will send the necessary proof to ***. However, this is surely very easy to check on my account (A Verschoor - ***)? The ladies I spoke with saw the amount paid reflected on my account. I did on the 20th of August sent the screenshot from my phone to Collections Queries <***> and received an automated reply - that i could expect feedback within 24 hours. This never happened. i just wonder why it is so difficult to get this issue resolved?
