Cell C going from bad to worst

A few months ago I started buying data bundles to the value of R199 for 100gig. I had to go into a Cell C shop to buy this specific bundle. I downloaded the app and was able to buy 80gig for R189 , until August this year. Now suddenly it's no longer available , only 40gig for R469. In other words I must now pay 3 x more for half the data. What is going on with Cell C? Do they want to lose customers , or are they in financial problems? I seriously looking to different service providers that can offer me similar , or better deals. I'm fed up with this kind of service.
