Cell C go extra mile to make a birthday great!!

It was 19H40 and Leo Bird who is one of the consultants was due to go home after a long day having already knocked off. However with a great attitude and friendly smile he went the extra mile and stayed behind to assist myself and my daughter in signing up a contract and getting a cell phone for her for her 15th Birthday. He gave us his advice and took time to go through all the steps in ensuring we had the best option based on our budget and her needs for data. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Leo and all the staff in the Cell C store in Sandton. They are a happy and helpful bunch of people. I walked away thinking I actually enjoyed the experience and left a lasting impression of Cell C in my mind as being a very organised and professional organisation thanks to staff like Leo. The store in Forest Hill where Lolo was the assistant are also great, Lolo was the first to assist me a few weeks earlier with her advice on which packages would be best for my daughters needs.
