Cell C / Glocell - Open accounts

I have send various emails to Glocell / Cell C querying and requesting them to cancell 3 x "open" accounts in my name showing on my credit bureau record. I previously had 1 contract with Cell C / Glocell ***) which I cancelled and switch my cellphone nr to a prepaid service. The account details as follows: Open acc nr: AP*** - Balance: R976 Open acc nr: *** - Balance: R276 Open acc nr: *** - Balance: R24 Please I need them to close these accounts as soon as possible.
