Cell c - glo cell insurance poor service

Cell c - glo cell insurance .. I have submitted a claim to cell c glo cell for a lost device. Paid the excess. They have told me twice that the device is on its way. This not materializing. It's been a month now. Then when I call ***. No one takes my call from glo cell. I have asked to speak to management but no one answers . They are unproffentional and dishonest.
