Cell C giving ****ty service and they failing to give me my account details to pay it off
I had taken a contract with cell c in in 2018 and I failed to continue paying in 2020 (due to covid shenanigans).I am in a good financial position now and I want to pay off the account. I've been trying to get consultants to help with my account details so that i can pay off my contract BUT they seem to be highly useless and they keep referring between contract and prepaid departments. I even called their legal department and they were not picking up my calls. I am very disappointed with them and I am not sure how to proceed from here.

12 Jul 2022, 13:35I still have not received any news...any details relating to my account. No one has contacted me from legal department. This is reflecting bad on my credit report and the sad part is that I want to pay it off but I am not getting any assistance.
