CELL C GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND

Round about May/June 2015 i transfered my contract from my moms name to mine and swapped the debt order to my account at Cell C pavillion. I was asked for the new debit date an stated 28th my pay day. The 29th was not an option. I was told the date had been successfully changed. Since July i get debitted on the 20th, this is the date my mom was previously using...<br> <br> I've called 3 times each month asking them to change the date to the 28th as agreed... The last month i even asked for the date to be the 1st of each month because i thought maybe the 28th is too close to the 29th and still no debit order has went through and i'm assuming it will go through on the 20th again.<br> <br> This is a big inconvenience to me as this is a debit that goes off a week before my pay day when i have close to no money on my account.<br> <br> I am even tempted to clear my account on the 20th to see where Cell C will debit money from, you guys are ***********. Sort this mess out. Im getting sms's for early upgrades and at this point im considering leaving the network all together.
