Cell C giving incorrect contract

I was called by a cell c representative to offer me a contract for the iPhone 6 for R350 and I entered into that contract over the phone. Then I called cell c to follow up on the delivery of the phone and to confirm if the contract was legitimate. I was told that the contract is legitimate but the package is not R350 but R600. Then I was told that since I am not happy with the offer they will get the representative to call me back so that we can fix the issues. This was on the 19th of January 2015 and I called back cell c and I was told the representative will call I am still waiting. Kindly assist with the issue as I am not happy with the misrepresentation of Cell C with an incorrect package details.
