Cell c gives no assistance

I am not n client to cell c nor is my husband. But for the last 7 months they deduct R99 from my husband's account. We tried finding out what' s the deduction for at one of their branches. But no luck becausewe are not registered on their system. We tried phoning customer care. Have anyone tried cell c' customer care?? No option what so ever to speak to a consultant to get more info. We have a refference number as well. Now my husband says its not worth it to try and sort this out because of the schlep to get hold of someone to assist us. How many other people feel the same so cell c are just robbing people. What are we suppose to do??
