Cell C gives a feedback but still nothing is done

Still no response from cell c. I would think a unsatisfied report from a customer on a site like this would make a company do something but instead they call a tell you they will follow up on this problem and its been more than 3 MONTHS and they are still following up.... So I really want to leave a good comment to cell c but they just keep on side stepping the problem. A lot of people went over to cell c in my district alone to support them and this is what we get back:<br> <br> They unplug the tower without any notice and now more than 150 people is without signal on there phones. Then they said we can get signal from Vodacom but we have no signal of any kind in our district. <br> <br> Some are prepaid and others like me took out a contract and know I cant even use the contract as I am on the farm most of the time. ( one good thing is they stopped my payments for the last 3 months). But still no response from anyone that knows something.
