Cell C gives a damn about they clients

I have sent emails to Thabisile who is just ignoring them. This is absolutely ridiculous. I fully settled and cancelled my account with cell c however according to credit bureau my account with cell c is still active. Its still showing active on ITC and this is causing huge implications in my credit profile which obviously cell c does not care about. Im an Aplus client. Cell c does not strive for the customer. They only want money and not willing to assist. I'm am shocked how at cell c treat they clients.

To think cell c will allow they staff to ignore clients. They are the worst.

I want this matter resolved asap .
