Cell C Gives 2nd hand Phones as new on Contract

I'm now fed up with your bad service , I was patient and understanding on all calls and EXTREMELY cooperative, NOW MY TURN. Upgraded my phone as the contract is on another persons name I'm the contact person and I pay the bill, So they called and said contract due to upgrade, I said fine, operator gave me choice of color on Samsung Galaxy A7 white black and grey, I chose, Black and received a white one,Phone gets delivered the inside box containing the phone has been opened I immediately phoned Cell C telling the problem of phone open the operator insured me that if all looks good the phone is okay so trying not to be difficult i agreed on to this and moved on to the next question of why I received a white phone when ordered a black one? There is no Stock she said, Ok well Cell C the you confirm with the client if that will be okay not just and assume I'm gonna be satisfied, moving along i accepted the white phone and didn't want to be difficult, wow then the problems started I have this phone 3days with literally more than hand full of problems, tried to resolve this and phone 084 145, Not help full consultant and cheeky, I'm waiting for your call, next stop will be NEWS PAPERS!!!
