CELL C, GIVE ME MY NUMBER BACK!!!

My cellphone number just been cancelled/deleted!! NO sms, email or any form of communication to at least inform myself as the client that the number will be "deleted" I have been a cell c customer since I owned a phone, but this is just ludicrous. This is my BUSINESS number and my line not working has cost me loss of income as my clients cannot get hold of me via call. I'm in Real Estate and this number is all over social media ads, boards, signs etc. the inconvenience of this number being taken away from me WITHOUT ANY warning is *******!!!

To top this off, I have been sent from pillar to post, from branch to Police Station for an affidavit, from branch to call centre etc. up and down and NO ONE seems to be able to assist. The worst part is that all the required documents have been sent to the TPHD Pre paid department on two occasions now and still NO response. The agents IN THE STORE even got frustrated with the call centre as they tried over and over to explain that the TPHD department is NOT working and have been out of reach for over 2 weeks.

I am at my wits end now and very very disappointed with this situation and my wasted time. I have also emailed all email addresses available and the last response was "it will be looked into" in this time, my clients still cannot reach me and I am still losing potential business. SO CELL C PLEASE TELL ME, HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU JUST TAKE MY NUMBER AND DELETE IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR ANY NOTIFICATION?? I WANT MY NUMBER ACTIVATED ASAP Ref last given to me: Ref ***
