Cell C - Getting billed after contract cancelled

I've cancelled my contract on 4 February 2015 at the Cell C branch in Alberton and got billed for the month of February 2015. After a great struggle to get my contract cancelled (for the second time in one month) after numerous phone calls to Cell C from the customer service center in Alberton I was not assisted as they couldn't \trace the call"form head office"
