Cell C Getmore a well concealed ****

I was subscribed to Getmore service without my knowledge and have been trying since January to get the service cancelled and the cost removed from my monthly account. Numerous phone calls and emails later absolutely no response, in spite of the fact that at least 10 people read and either deleted or ignored my emails. Cell C deflects the responsibility to a faceless entity that is quite happy to bill me. Why would I want multiple Getmore services as I have more than one contract. What do I have to do to get the attention of somebody at Cell C who is going to do something?
