Cell C Getmore ****

* I 've had a Cell C contact for the past 18 months. * On December 18 , 2024 Cell C called me marketing a promotion called "getmore" * The promotion seemed too good to be true so I declined the offer. * The next thing Cell C sent me a message that welcomed me to the getmore ****. * I called them telling them that I am not interested and they sent me a message to say they've canceled. * For two weeks they activate, I cancel until the next debit order date where I find my monthly subscription is more by R223. * Then I withdrew the debit order and paid my contracted amount through another channel. * Cell C then interrupted my service so that I couldn't make calls or use the service even though I had paid. * The story goes on then it carries on to January 2025 where now they claim that I owe the more than R300 for this getmore ****. * All the while Cell C consultants will be calling me every day, harassing me about my account being in areas whilst my account is up to date. * They even have a dedicated whattsup line to further intimidate and threaten me. * I have tried to use every language indicating that I cannot pay for something that I don't want and I don't use, but all my shouting and screaming and kicking doesn't deter these Cell C consultants. *Cell C calls are recorded when they call customers so it should be easy to trace whether someone has accepted or declined an offer. *The way these people are trying to force this product down my throat I am beginning to think that their ship is sinking since they are not creative enough to deal with the fierce competition and that this **** is forced onto many other unsuspecting subscribers.
