Cell C Getmore

We are having an issue with Getmore by Cell C, they ******* my wife to getting this service to test it out and when we realized the amount they are taking which is included in the cellc contract. We went to cellc centre and they assisted us with cancellation and this is now the second month and they are saying there is a 30 day clause and when we called getmore the agents there are rude and drop calls, when you request to speak to managers they refuse. We also requested for a recording of the call on the 16 of January and they told me today that the department has not provided the recording to prove that there was no agreement made or all the contract was made under false pretense
