Cell C Getmore

I have a problem with Cell C, I had a Getmore membership with them but January I called them to cancel it, for 3 months it was cancelled but today I realized that they have deducted extra money from my account for Getmore without my permission. I’ve told them that I don’t want it anymore. I feel frustrated because I had called them to cancel it.
