Cell C get your act together
Cell C must really get their act together with their promotions. Their vouchers don't work and left me highly humiliated and embarrassed. I went to Shoprite as I redeemed 3 vouchers from Cell C for Shoprite and only 1 worked.I then phoned customer care and was told they will resolve my matter in 48 hours and still waiting for it to be sorted out.Your service sucks

I was told it would take 48 hours which now,has past!Seriously now!So now I probably have to wait till the weekend is over before I get a response.

12 Jan 2025, 11:14Seriously CELL C?Your competition you running is really bad.Again yesterday I won 250mb YouTube data that I couldn't even use!When I called customer care,the first agent I spoke to told me to open YouTube in Chrome or Opera mini and that didn't work.I then called again and spike to another agent who explained I had to go in to my settings and change my network settings to MTN because apparently you guys are partnering with MTN.This again didn't work.I bought me airtime and got my free data and then I got into YouTube with my free data!You guys Seriously need to step up your game.i also have a Vodacom card and never have problems with their competitors like with Cell C.Your service is really bad.
