Cell C Get More to pay back all money

Hi! I've cancelled my subscription with get more mid January 2019 and I was told it would be cancelled after a month but even on May 2019 they debited my account. When I call them I was told someone will come back to me but until now I've not received any call from them. I want them to return my money please.
