CELL C GET MORE TAKE MONEY WITHOUT EXPLAINATION

<br> During September an agent called me regarding a special. She explained to me that if I go to stay at a hotel, they will pay 50% and I will pay 50%. She did not explain to me that they are going to start deducting money out of my account every month. I though when i come to hotel and book in then they will transfer money over because of me being a client of Cell C. At no stage did she explain that she will take money out of my account every month before hand and at no stage did I agree to that. So kindly pay my money back to me deducted out of my account since October. I have not been to a hotel and being a single mom i do not think that i will ever be able to stay in a hotel so i would have never agreed to this if i knew about this payments. Thank you
