Cell C get more still billed

I thought it would be a good idea to register for Cell C's Get More (back then it was called Get It).<br> <br> I almost never used the service, so last year decided to cancel the service. This was sometime in the first part of 2014. <br> <br> In December, after doing an upgrade an looking at my account for the first time, I realized the service was still active. Cell C never cancelled the service as I requested.<br> <br> I then asked for the service to be cancelled AGAIN in December 2014. <br> <br> I had a look at my account at the end of March and realized the service is still NOT CANCELLED AS REQUESTED FOR THE SECOND TIME!<br> <br> The called Get More immediately and the lady said her supervisor has already left but he will call me back \tomorrow"This was on 31/03/2015. Tomorrow has come and gone and I have had no more feedback regarding the query.<br> <br> So in essence Cell C has been *****ing my money for the past year! I demand that they cancel the Get More service immediately and refund me all the monthly payments since I first cancelled the service.<br> <br> <br> <br> """
