cell c get more *****s your money

<p>So I cancelled Cell C's Get More service on the 21st of April 2016, I was told it would take 30 days to be cancelled. This was confirmed via a referance number emailed to me by Palesa Tshabalala ********** . It is now august and I'm still being billed, even though I cave contacted them. I spoke to various people at their office but they are still billing. I even went into the Cell C store at the Grove mall end of June and they assured me it has been cancelled and I would receive a credit on my account. I have just received my August statement and guess what... the *****ing has continued. I have all the referances from April and June but nobody has come clean on how Cell C is able to ***** somebody's money via debit order even after you have sent proof that they agreed to cancel a useless service. It's absolutely pathetic and I am disgusted to say the least. Is this the way you treat loyal paying customers??? </p>
